- Check the zero waste option when signing up for a Sodexho catered event on line
- R4 and Sodexho will take care of all of the zero waste planning for you: HASSLE FREE!
- R4 Staff will deliver and collect all the necessary equipment for your event
Any Other Catering Service/Uncatered Event
- Contact R4 at 752-7456 to get inital information
- To place an order for a zero waste event call the work order deask at 752-1655. PLEASE TRY TO PLACE THIS ORDER AT LEAST TWO WEEKS IN ADVANCE
- Upon Receiving the Work Order R4 will contact you to set up a meeting to discuss:
Zero Waste Fun Pack
- Date and time of event
- Number of attendees
- Menu
- Waste minimization options
- Set-up and clean-up timing
- Recharge account and costs
- For an event with 50 people or less, consider ordering a Zero Waste Fun Pack:
- 50 biodegradable spoons, forks, knives, cups, napkins, plates
- 1 compost bag
- 1 recycling bag
- Informational flyer
- Cost of $20
